About Chris

To “Share the ‘Enough’ training (life!) philosophy with as many people as possible by building a positive community of healthy-minded, physically-active and focus-centric humans.

Over many years working in the fitness industry and putting myself through unwarranted, unrealistic and often unnecessary physical and mental stress to achieve a body image and persona that I thought was expected and acceptable to my peers… I have come to the conclusion that it may have all been bulls#i+… I have spent too many years overreaching, overachieving and running myself into the ground.

I took around 2 years away from the fitness industry, met the girl of my dreams, built a family, welcomed a new daughter into our little team and discovered a brand new philosophy on life and fitness that I feel needs to be shared.

My new training mantra/philosophy/guide… whatever you want to call it, is; “Enough!”. It is relative, it is achievable and once you get the hang of it… it is easy.
